Grant Application Terms & Conditions
Previous Grant recipients must wait at least two years before re-applying, even if recipient has changed businesses.
The Grantee agrees to use all funds received for the purpose stated in their application. Women-n-Charge shall have the right to terminate this grant for any breach of this Agreement. A breach shall include, but not be limited to, failure to utilize the funds as directed within this agreement. Termination of the Agreement pursuant to this paragraph shall preclude the Grantee from applying for any future grants from Women-n-Charge. Upon Women-n-Charge’s determination that the Grantee has breached any term of this Agreement, the Grantee agrees to reimburse all funds received.
The Grantee shall indemnify and hold Women-n-Charge harmless, including its elected and appointed Board members from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorney's fees and costs, and attorney’s fees on appeal arising out of or resulting from the carrying out of this Agreement.
All applications will be judged by local business women who are not members of Women-n-Charge. Grant Applications are due to Women-n-Charge by Wednesday, February 28, 2024. Unfortunately any received after that time will not be considered.
